Last night we had our first Parent Meeting. It was really nice getting to see everyone.As a reminder, our first Troop meeting will be on Tues Aug. 17th at 5:30 pm. Be sure to send a brown bag dinner with your girl.
The girls will also need to bring their $5.00 monthly dues and the $10.00 Yearly fee that everyone voted on.
The girls should also be collecting bottles and cans to bring to the meeting so we can recycle them into cash for the Troop! More cash means more fun!
I contacted our Service Unit contact and was told that we will not be assigned any new girls until after school starts. However, if any of the girls has a friend, neighbor or family member that would like to join we would love to have them.
Sadly, Katlin will no longer be joining us as her mother decided to have her leave our Troop.
We all wish Katlin well and will miss her.
I will be handing out the Angel tickets at the first Troop meeting. It's going to be a fun night for the girls and everyone who attends.
